Chrome browser extension

Cat Companion

A fast Oneko-style cat that appears on normal websites, follows your cursor, and keeps its position as you move between tabs.

Website-only demo. This page uses the same cat sprite, speed, and animations as the extension.

What it does

A tiny desktop-style pet for your browser pages.

Follows your mouse

The cat chases your cursor, idles, sleeps, scratches, and reacts when you move away.

Feels consistent across tabs

It remembers its shared position, so the companion does not reset every time you switch pages.

Readable on dark pages

The alert sprite uses red marks on dark backgrounds, making the reaction easier to see.

No custom new tab page

It leaves Chrome's real New Tab page alone and only injects into regular websites.
